Begin with gougéres on arrival, followed by a selection of dishes ~ from grilled Shark Bay prawns with shellfish bisque to slow cooked wagyu beef cheek with soft polenta, each plate grounded in provenance and crafted with care.
To finish, a warm spiced rhubarb crumble tart ~ a comforting, memorable end to a beautiful afternoon spent celebrating Mum.
