Join us at Cooee for this year’s WAGFG Truffles Unearthed Dining Series presented by Volvo Cars Perth, with a menu by Chef Steven Finch that showcases the complex characteristics of WA’s black truffle.
Our six-course menu is an ode to WA’s winter produce, from Rose Mallee wagyu beef to Halls’ Suzette cheese. The alcoholic beverage pairing will feature our favourite local wineries, brewers and distillers – or select our innovative non-alcoholic pairing of kombuchas, teas and non-alcoholic alternatives, for a unique experience.
This experience is $195 per person for alcoholic pairing, and $175 for the non-alcoholic pairing (please use code NONALCO at checkout) with the full menu released in June.
