Refreshed from a winter break, our Cooee sommelier Sofia Giros returns alongside new vinous teachers for a stellar term.


Join us this August as our Cooee classroom commences with Frankland Estate, featuring an insightful masterclass from winemaker and vigneron, Elizabeth Smith.

Embark on a journey through one of the most isolated vineyards in the world, as you are introduced to the acclaimed Riesling and Syrah with a secret taste of upcoming batch releases.
